Al Roker is an American television meteorologist who authored the murder mystery The Morning Show Murders. He has served as the weather anchor on NBC's Today and co-hosted the morning show Wake Up with Al on The Weather Channel. Roker has also ventured into acting, lending his voice to the animated film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009). His work in meteorology is recognized by an expired American Meteorological Society Television Seal.
