Akemi Okamura is a Japanese voice actress who made her major debut as Fio Piccolo in the film Porco Rosso (1992). She is affiliated with Mausu Promotion and has contributed her voice to numerous projects in the One Piece franchise, including One Piece Film Red (2022), One Piece: Stampede (2019), and One Piece Film: Z (2012). Okamura has also lent her voice to One Piece Film: GOLD (2016) and One Piece: The Movie (2000), among others. In addition to her voice work, she has had at least one song featured on the NHK program Minna no Uta. Okamura's career began after graduating from the Tokyo Announcement Academy and completing training at Mausu Promotion.
