Adil Akhmetov is a Kazakhstani theater and film actor who starred in Zhauzhürek Myn Bala (2012). He studied drama and cinema acting at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts, graduating in 2006. Since 2007, he has been a leading actor at the “Zhastar” Youth Theater in Astana, contributing significantly to contemporary Kazakh cinema with notable performances in The Road to Mother (2016) and Tomiris (2019). His work earned him the title of “Honored Worker of Kazakhstan” in 2017 and the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Literature and Art in 2018. Akhmetov is also involved in civic engagement and supports cultural initiatives.
