Adelayo Adedayo made her feature film debut in Sket (2011). She is a Yoruba Nigerian actress who gained recognition for her role in the BBC Three sitcom Some Girls, which aired from 2012 to 2014. Adedayo also starred in the ITV2 series Timewasters from 2017 to 2019. In the BBC One series The Responder, she portrays a rookie police officer alongside Martin Freeman, with the first season released in 2022. Her performance in The Responder earned her a nomination for a British Academy Television Award in 2023.
