Adam Godley is a British actor who made his Broadway debut in a revival of Noël Coward's Private Lives in 2002, earning a Theatre World Award for Outstanding Broadway debut. His stage work has garnered two Tony Award nominations and four Laurence Olivier Award nominations, including for The Lehman Trilogy in 2019. Godley's filmography includes notable roles in Love Actually (2003), Nanny McPhee (2005), and The Theory Of Everything (2014). He has also appeared in The BFG (2016) and The People We Hate at the Wedding (2022). In television, he has had recurring roles in Breaking Bad and The Umbrella Academy. Godley received a Tony nomination for Best Actor in a Play for his performance in The Lehman Trilogy.
