Tomoe Hanba is a Japanese voice actress who provided the official Japanese dubbing voice of Velma Dinkley in the Scooby-Doo franchise. She voiced Etna in the Disgaea video game series and Welch Vineyard in the Star Ocean games. Hanba contributed her voice to the film Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew released in 2005.
