Terry Gilliam is an American-British filmmaker who directed "Brazil" (1985). He is a member of the Monty Python comedy troupe and gained prominence for his unique style in fantasy and sci-fi cinema. His notable works include "Time Bandits" (1981), "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen" (1988), "The Fisher King" (1991), and "12 Monkeys" (1995). Gilliam also directed "Absolutely Anything" (2015). He is recognized as the only member of Monty Python not born in Britain, having acquired British citizenship in 1968.
