Sunidhi Chauhan is an Indian playback singer who made her career debut with the film Shastra (1996). She gained significant attention after her rendition of "Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi" from Mast (1999), which earned her the Filmfare RD Burman Award for New Music Talent and a nomination for Best Female Playback Singer. Chauhan has also been a judge on various television reality shows and has appeared in music videos. She was included in Forbes' Celebrity 100 of India multiple times from 2012 to 2015. She lent her voice to the animated film Ghatothkach - Master of Magic (2008).
