Steve Cardenas is a former Mexican-American actor and martial artist who portrayed Rocky DeSantos in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series. He began his martial arts training at the age of 12 and replaced Jason Lee Scott as the Red Ranger before later becoming the Blue Ranger in Power Rangers Zeo. Cardenas left the series during the Turbo season due to an injury sustained while filming. He has participated in fan conventions, including Power Morphicon in 2007 and Anime Expo in 2009, alongside other Power Rangers alumni. Cardenas appeared in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always (2023).
