Shruti is an Indian actress who has appeared in over 100 films, primarily in Kannada cinema. She gained prominence during the 1990s and has received multiple accolades, including three Karnataka State Film Awards and four Filmfare Awards South. Her notable works include Gauri Ganesha (1991), Aagatha (1995), and Kalki (1996), along with more recent films like Rathnan Prapancha (2021) and Bhajarangi 2 (2021). In addition to her film career, she has also been active in politics, serving as chief secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party's women's wing in Karnataka. Shruti won the third season of Bigg Boss Kannada in 2016.
