Sara Martins is a Portuguese-French actress who portrayed Detective Sergeant Camille Bordey in the series Death in Paradise (2011). She began her career in the theater, working with Roger Planchon and performing in productions such as Le Costume at the Young Vic in London. Her television debut occurred in 2001 with the French series Maigret and Police District. In addition to her role in Death in Paradise, Martins starred as Nora Abadie in the French crime series Détectives. She also appeared in the film Paris, je t'aime (2006). Martins has worked in both French and British television.
