Samuel E. Wright was the voice of Sebastian in Disney's The Little Mermaid (1989). He was an American actor, vocal actor, and singer. Wright portrayed Dizzy Gillespie in Bird and was part of the original Broadway cast of The Lion King, where he played Mufasa. His work spanned both film and stage.
