Ryan Dillon is an American puppeteer who has portrayed Elmo since 2013, succeeding Kevin Clash. He began his career with the Jim Henson Company in 2005 as an ensemble muppeteer. Dillon has also played characters like Cooper and Paul Ball in the interactive series Sesame Street TV for Xbox Kinect. He appeared as Elmo in all four seasons of The Furchester Hotel, a co-production with CBeebies. He is featured in Elmo and Mark Rober's Merry Giftmas (2025).
