Ron Pardo is a Canadian actor who has voiced Cap'n Turbot in PAW Patrol since its inception in 2013. He also voices Mayor Humdinger, a character who evolved from a minor role to the main antagonist in PAW Patrol: The Movie (2021). In addition to his voice work, Pardo has performed celebrity impersonations on the television series History Bites (1998). His recent projects include PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie (2023) and A Paw Patrol Christmas (2025).
