Ron Mael is an American musician and songwriter who co-founded the band Sparks in 1971. He serves as the keyboard player and principal songwriter for the group, collaborating closely with his brother Russell Mael, who is the vocalist. In addition to his music career, he appears in the documentary The Sparks Brothers (2021).
