Raj Chakraborty
Actor, Director
Raj Chakraborty is an Indian film director who made his directorial debut with Chirodini Tumi Je Amar in 2008. He gained recognition for his work in the Bengali film industry, directing commercially successful films such as Challenge (2009), Dui Prithibi (2010), and Proloy (2013). Chakraborty has also been involved in television, having worked on Zee Bangla's Mirakkel and Dance Bangla Dance. In addition to his filmmaking career, he has been a Member of the Legislative Assembly of West Bengal from Barrackpore since 2021. His notable works include Hemlock Society (2012) and Chaamp (2017).
