Rafiath Rashid Mithila is a Bangladeshi actress who made her film debut in Omanush (2022). She has also appeared in Aay Khuku Aay (2022), sharing the screen with Prosenjit Chatterjee. In addition to acting, Mithila is a singer, model, and development worker, currently serving as the Head of Early Childhood Development programme at BRAC International. Her notable works include Jole Jwole Tara (2025), Aranyar Prachin Probad (2024), and Kajolrekha (2024). Mithila is married to Indian film director Srijit Mukherji since 2019.
