Paul Kandel is an American musical theatre actor and tenor singer who voiced Clopin in Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996). He has made notable appearances on Broadway, including roles in Jesus Christ Superstar, Titanic, The Who's Tommy, and The Visit. Kandel received a nomination for a Tony Award in 1993 for his performance as Uncle Ernie in The Who's Tommy. He also reprised his role in The Hunchback of Notre Dame II (2002).
