Orville Peck is a South African country musician who made his Broadway debut as the Emcee in the revival of Cabaret in 2025. He released his first album, Pony, in 2019, followed by the EP Show Pony in 2020 and the second studio album, Bronco, in 2022. His music blends elements of rockabilly, blues, and dreamy shoegazing, and his deep, calm bass-baritone voice has drawn comparisons to legends like Johnny Cash and Roy Orbison. In 2024, he released his third studio album, Stampede, after a hiatus in 2023.
