Milhem Cortaz is a Brazilian actor who gained prominence for his role in Carandiru (2003). He began his artistic journey in theater at the age of 11, performing under the guidance of Walmor Chagas. After living in Italy for several years, where he graduated from the Piccolo Teatro di Milano, he returned to Brazil and joined the Centro de Pesquisa Teatral. Cortaz has appeared in notable films such as Elite Squad (2007) and A Wolf at the Door (2013). He is featured in Overhaul (2023).
