Michael Chernus is an American actor who portrayed Phineas Mason, also known as the Tinkerer, in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017). He has an extensive career in film, television, and theater, with notable performances in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black (2013–2019) as Cal Chapman. Chernus has also appeared in Men in Black 3 (2012).
