Melanie Kilburn is an English actress who began her career in 1983 with the film The Company Car. She gained recognition for her role as Laura Bryant in the ITV police drama series The Bill, where she also portrayed Sandra Conway, the wife of CI Derek Conway. Kilburn's notable performances include Jill in the BBC series Making Out, and Carol Anderson in Soldier Soldier. She starred as Sandra in Where the Heart Is in 1999 and had a regular role as Liz in Peak Practice in 2000. In addition to her work in television, she appeared in God's Own Country (2017) and the reboot of All Creatures Great and Small (2020). Kilburn has been featured as Reverend Irene Mills in EastEnders since 2017.
