Mei Nagano is a Japanese actress who made her debut in the 2009 action-adventure film Hard Revenge Milly: Bloody Battle. She gained recognition for her role as Rinko Yamato in the romantic comedy My Love Story! (2015) and later starred as Yosano Suzume in Daytime Shooting Star (2017). In addition to her film work, she was the lead in NHK's 98th Asadora, Hanbun, Aoi, which aired in April 2018. Nagano has also lent her voice to the character Zaya in the Japanese version of Gods of Egypt (2016). She has worked as a model for various fashion magazines, including Seventeen. Her performance in My Love Story! established her as a prominent figure in contemporary Japanese cinema.
