Mansai Nomura is a Japanese film actor who played Abe no Seimei in Onmyoji (2001) and Onmyoji 2 (2003). He is recognized as a prominent Kyogen stage actor, bringing traditional Japanese theater to the screen. Nomura received the Best Actor award at the Blue Ribbon Awards for his performance in Onmyoji. He also appeared in Revolver Lily (2023).
