Loni Love is an American comedian and actress who gained prominence after her appearance on Star Search in 2003, where she finished as the runner-up. She has a background in electrical engineering, having earned her degree from Prairie View A&M University, and worked at Xerox before fully committing to her comedy career. Love co-hosted the daytime talk show The Real from 2013 to 2022, earning a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host in 2018. Her film credits include Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 (2015) and Bad Asses on the Bayou (2015). Love also authored a comedy advice book titled Love Him Or Leave Him But Don't Get Stuck With The Tab, released in 2013.
