Larry King was an American television and radio host who gained fame as the host of The Larry King Show, which began in 1978. He hosted the nightly interview program Larry King Live on CNN from 1985 to 2010, earning numerous accolades including two Peabody Awards and an Emmy. King's acting credits include roles in America's Sweethearts (2001) and Shrek the Third (2007). He also hosted Larry King Now on Hulu and RT America from 2012 to 2020, and Politicking with Larry King from 2013 until his passing.
