Julie Engelbrecht is a French actress who made her acting debut at the age of 12 in the 1996 TV film Adieu, mon ami. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Valerie Ulmendorff in the miniseries Mutig in die neuen Zeiten (2005–2006), which earned her a nomination for the Undine Award for Best Young Actress in 2007. Engelbrecht appeared in the TV movie Rasmus and Johanna (2008) and played Ilse in The Red Baron (2008). Her film credits include Berlin 36 (2009) and the ARD adaptation Rumpelstilzchen (2009). Engelbrecht also starred as Maren Elkberg in Die Hochzeit meines Mannes (2011) and as Anna Castell in Die Tänzerin – Lebe deinen Traum (2011). She is featured in Last Bullet (2025).
