Jema Galanza is a Filipino volleyball player who played for the Adamson Soaring Lady Falcons in the UAAP. She has served as a captain and has been a member of the national team. Galanza also competed for the Laoag Power Smashers during the 2016 SVL Reinforced Conference and has established herself as a leading spiker for the Creamline Cool Smashers in the Premier Volleyball League since 2017. In addition to her sports career, she appeared in the film Day Zero in 2022.
