Jacob Derwig is a Dutch actor who has been a member of the Toneelgroep Amsterdam ensemble since 2005. He received a nomination for a Louis d'Or for his performance in the 2008 production Naar Damascus and was also nominated for an Arlecchino for Opening Night in 2006. Derwig has appeared in various theatrical productions, including a notable portrayal of Hamlet with 't Barre Land, which garnered him another Louis d'Or nomination. His film credits include Amsterdam Empire (2025). Derwig is married to actress Kim van Kooten, and they have two children.
