Ilie Năstase is a Romanian actor who starred in Nasty (2024). Before transitioning to acting, he was a professional tennis player recognized as the first world No. 1 in men's singles by the ATP, holding the position for 40 weeks. Năstase achieved remarkable success, winning over 100 ATP-level titles, including two singles Grand Slam titles and numerous doubles championships. He was also the first athlete to sign an endorsement deal with Nike in 1972. In addition to his sports career, Năstase authored several novels in French during the 1980s. He was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1991.
