Hélène Catzaras is a Tunisian actor of Greek descent who appeared in Halfaouine: Boy of the Terraces (1990). She studied in Tunis and later earned a Master’s degree in aesthetic philosophy from the Sorbonne in Paris. She performed on stage with actor Ahmed Snoussi, who became her partner and the father of her children. Catzaras has worked in both Tunisian and international film and television. In addition to her acting career, she directs the Greek Cultural Center in Tunis.
