Hazal Kaya is a Turkish actress who began her career with the TV series Genco. She gained significant recognition for her role as Nihal Ziyagil in the 2008 adaptation of Aşk-ı Memnu. Kaya portrayed Feriha Yılmaz Sarrafoğlu in the popular series Adını Feriha Koydum from 2011, which achieved high TV ratings in Turkey. Other notable works include her performances in Son Yaz Balkanlar (2012) and Maral: En Güzel Hikayem (2015). Kaya has also appeared in the series Midnight at the Pera Palace (2022). She is among the highest-paid actors in Turkey.
