Gilbert Gottfried was the voice of Iago in Disney's animated films Aladdin (1992) and The Return of Jafar (1994). An American actor and stand-up comedian, he had a distinctive shrill voice and crude humor. His extensive work in film and television includes voicing characters such as Digit LeBoid in Cyberchase and Kraang Subprime in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Gottfried also lent his voice to the Aflac Duck until 2011 and appeared in the film Problem Child (1990). He hosted Gilbert Gottfried's Amazing Colossal Podcast starting in 2014, featuring discussions on classic films and interviews with various entertainers. A documentary about his life and career, titled Gilbert, was released in 2017.
