Erdal Özyağcılar is a Turkish actor who began his career with the film "Ölüm Tarlası" (Field of Death) in 1967. Özyağcılar appeared in numerous plays, movies, and TV series. He gained significant popularity for his role in the TV series "Yabancı Damat" and later in "Elveda Rumeli" (Farewell Rumelia), where he portrayed a Turkish peasant during the turbulent 19th century in the Balkans. He is married to Güzin Özyağcılar, who is also an actress.
