Doug Hutchison is an American actor who portrayed Percy Wetmore in The Green Mile (1999). He played Eugene Victor Tooms in The X-Files and Horace Goodspeed in Lost. Hutchison has also appeared as Davros in 24 and owns the production company Dark Water Inc. His film credits include Punisher: War Zone (2008).
