Dominique Lavanant is a French actress known for her comedic portrayals of posh characters, often embodying the BCBG stereotype of the upper middle class. She gained prominence in the mid-1970s through her work with the acting troupe Le Splendid, notably in the film Les bronzés (1978). Lavanant also starred in the long-running television series Sœur Thérèse.com (2002–2011), where she played a former police officer turned nun who remains an active detective. Her film credits include The Party (1980).
