Dionne Quan is a Chinese American voice actress known for voicing Kimi Finster in the animated series Rugrats and its sequel All Grown Up!. She began her voice acting career at the age of 14, initially working on television commercials. Quan also voiced Trixie Tang in The Fairly OddParents and portrayed Yasmin in the 2005 series Bratz. Her work extends to Disney Channel's Shorty McShorts' Shorts, where she voiced the Kodama Twins. Quan's unique experience includes being legally blind, which requires her scripts to be in Braille. She will voice a character in Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender (2026).
