Dilip Shankar is a production professional in the Delhi theatre scene as both an actor and director. He has been involved in various prominent theatrical productions, including his roles as Cassio in Roysten Abel's adaptation of Othello, Raju Guide in Sanjoy Roy's version of Guide, and Jawaharlal Nehru in Nehru-His Inner Story by Pramila Le Hunte. In addition to his acting, he has directed numerous plays and written 36 works to date. His casting credits include the film Life of Pi directed by Ang Lee. Shankar's recent projects include Mukhbir: The Story of a Spy (2022) and Kadak Singh (2023).
