Chiu Chi-Ling is a master of the Hung Gar Fist, having established numerous schools globally to teach this martial arts style. He is the son of Chiu Kau, who was a gifted student of Lam Sai-Wing, a notable disciple of the legendary Wong Fei-Hung. Chiu Chi-Ling appeared in the film Kung Fu Hustle (2004).
