Barbara Eve Harris is a Tobagonian-Canadian actress who starred as FBI Agent Felicia Lang in the television series Prison Break (2006-2009). Emigrating to Canada at the age of six, she has appeared in over 60 television shows and several feature films. Harris was nominated for a Gemini Award for her role in the Canadian drama Side Effects (1994-1996). Her extensive television credits include guest roles in series such as Knots Landing, The West Wing, and Criminal Minds. She also featured in made-for-TV films like Woman on the Run: The Lawrencia Bembenek Story (1993). Currently, she has a recurring role as Commander Emma Crowley in Chicago P.D.
