Anna Francolini is an English actress who appeared in the film Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018). She trained at the University of Warwick and was a member of the National Youth Theatre. Francolini gained recognition in musical theatre with notable performances in productions such as Company (1995) and Merrily We Roll Along (2000) at the Donmar Warehouse, and she portrayed the Baker's Wife in Into the Woods at the Royal Opera House in 2007. Her stage work includes a TMA Award-winning role as Jean Brodie in The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie in 2009. Francolini's diverse credits also encompass appearances in Topsy-Turvy and the TV series Rome and Vera. In 2016, she played a female Captain Hook in Peter Pan at the National Theatre.
