Angelo Rossitto was an American actor who made his screen debut in The Beloved Rogue (1927) opposite John Barrymore. Standing at 2'11" (89 cm) due to dwarfism, he was often billed as Little Angie or Moe and portrayed a variety of characters, including dwarfs, monsters, and villains in over 70 films. His notable works include appearances in Freaks (1932), Baretta, and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985), where he played the role of 'Master' alongside Mel Gibson. Rossitto also featured on the cover art of Tom Waits' album Swordfishtrombones, which pays tribute to his performance in Freaks.
