Amy Wright is an American actress who appeared in The Deer Hunter (1978). Her filmography includes notable titles such as Breaking Away (1979), The Amityville Horror (1979), and The Accidental Tourist (1988). Wright has also been seen in Heartland (1979), Stardust Memories (1980), and Miss Firecracker (1989). In addition to her film work, she starred in the original production of Breakfast with Les and Bess as Shelby. Wright is married to actor Rip Torn and has two daughters. She is currently on the faculty of HB Studio in New York City.
