Allison Balson is an American actress who portrayed Nancy Oleson in the television series Little House on the Prairie from 1981 to 1983. She graduated as valedictorian from high school and earned a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University, followed by a Master's from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. In addition to acting, Balson is a published singer and songwriter, with her song "I Wonder" featured in the 1987 soundtrack for Legend of the White Horse. She also released a limited-edition CD in 2005 and collaborated on a full-length album in 2008 as part of the duo Allison & Stone.
