Ahmed Malek is an Egyptian actor who gained prominence with his role as young Hassan al-Banna in the TV series El-Gamaah (2010). He began his career at a young age, with his first role in the series Ayamna el helwa (2005). Malek's performance as a troubled teen in Ma'a Sabq Alesrar (2012) earned him significant recognition, leading to a DG award for Best Young Actor in 2013. His role in The Island 2 (2014) marked a turning point, establishing him as a leading figure in Egyptian cinema. Malek has also appeared in internationally recognized films such as Clash (2016), Sheikh Jackson (2017), and Leil Khargi (2018). He starred in The Swimmers (2022).
